Sandra Lizama carries a rich 15-year legacy in event planning, a passion that ignited at the tender age of 16 when she orchestrated her first event—a youth conference in North Carolina. Her journey led her to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida, where she immersed herself in diverse roles within music festivals, laying the foundation for her future endeavors.

During her time at Full Sail, fate intervened as she crossed paths with her now-husband from Trinidad. Both were united by a shared passion for events. In 2015, Sandra made a life-altering move to Trinidad, where she assumed the helm of her husband's events company. As the guiding force behind the event planning team, Sandra masterfully directs the trajectory while crafting innovative experiences for their signature events. Her expertise spans a spectrum of occasions, from music festivals and conferences to expos, weddings, and corporate events. Sandra Lizama is the driving force behind Moments Are Us, shaping its foundation and steering its course toward a future filled with unparalleled event experiences for people of all backgrounds.

Lance Jonathan Smith, at the age of 32, stands as a dynamic force in the realms of entertainment and security, seamlessly blending creativity with strategic acumen. From his early days orchestrating parties at the age of 16 to founding and expanding his own entertainment company, Lance has consistently demonstrated a flair for innovation and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

 

Lance's journey in the world of events has been marked by a trajectory of growth and success. Over the years, he has directed and executed a multitude of private and ticketed events, showcasing proficiency in every aspect from marketing and sales to design and flawless execution. His ability to transform concepts into memorable experiences has earned him a reputation as a visionary in the entertainment industry.

 

Parallel to his achievements in entertainment, Lance has embraced the responsibility of safeguarding communities and businesses. Trained as the apprentice to inherit his family's private security business, he now directs the management of over 40 clients in the industrial and commercial sectors in Trinidad & Tobago. His strategic approach to security management reflects not only his commitment to safety but also his adeptness in enterprise and project management.

His blend of creativity, business acumen, and security expertise positions him as a unique and valuable asset in both the entertainment and security sectors. With a remarkable 17-year journey within the hospitality industry, Akilah Reece has devoted her career to shaping extraordinary experiences, seamlessly transitioning from fine dining to skillfully orchestrating corporate and social events. Driven by an intrinsic passion for event planning, Akilah pursued certification from The Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality Institute, marking a pivotal moment in her career evolution from distinguished Restaurant Manager in fine dining to accomplished Event Manager.

 

Akilah finds fulfillment in the art of planning events, relishing the knowledge that she has contributed to someone's special occasion. Collaborating with her dedicated team, they consistently deliver excellence, exceeding the expectations of every client who selects them as their preferred choice.
